The proceedings are being followed in strict compliance with the law.
Within the scope of the proceedings pending before the Ankara 2nd Civil Court of Intellectual and Industrial Property Rights between our company, INSIDE SPORTING İÇ VE DIŞ TİCARET A.Ş., and On as well as On Holding AG (traded on the NYSE under the ticker symbol “ONON”), it has been assessed that the opposing party has submitted unlawful information and statements.
In this context, a criminal complaint has been filed with the Ankara Chief Public Prosecutor’s Office against the relevant individuals on allegations of aggravated fraud, forgery, and misleading the judiciary.
We hereby inform the public that the process is being pursued in compliance with the law and in a fair and transparent manner.

Im Rahmen des vor dem Ankara 2. Gericht für Geistiges und Gewerbliches Eigentum anhängigen Verfahrens zwischen unserer Gesellschaft INSIDE SPORTING İÇ VE DIŞ TİCARET A.Ş. und der On sowie der On Holding AG (notiert an der Es wird an der NYSE unter dem Kürzel „ONON“) gehandelt. wurde festgestellt, dass die Gegenseite rechtswidrige Angaben und Erklärungen abgegeben hat.
In diesem Zusammenhang wurde bei der Staatsanwaltschaft Ankara Strafanzeige gegen die betreffenden Personen wegen des Verdachts des schweren Betrugs, der Urkundenfälschung sowie der Irreführung der Justiz erstattet.
Hiermit informieren wir die Öffentlichkeit darüber, dass das Verfahren rechtskonform, fair und transparent verfolgt wird.
